Ensuring Predictable OPEX with Comprehensive Lifecycle Support

Our Lifecircle Services go hand in hand with concrete products. Consultancy is different, we can help you in sustainability and ESG matters and it does not necessarily have connection to our product line.

Our team and European wide network of skillful people use all of their knowledge and competence to serve our customers. Experience of decades mixed with young talents from various backgrounds yields always to the best solution. Because we are fully commited to our sustainable values and ESG, our customers can be sure that chain of ESG stays solid with us.

At our consultancy, we’re all about delivering real results, backed by our journey as a growing startup with a diverse, multicultural team spread across Europe. Over the years, we’ve worked with businesses of all sizes—from small startups to big corporations.

Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for us; it’s something we deeply believe in. We’ve seen firsthand how integrating sustainable practices not only makes a difference for the planet but also boosts your bottom line. With our certified expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), we help businesses implement strategies that reduce costs, lower risks, and open the door to new opportunities. Whether it’s through energy savings, reducing waste, or better resource management, we guide you toward solutions that benefit both the environment and your finances.

We’ll provide you with practical advice and strategies that you can actually apply to make a difference. Whether you need training, insights, or a tailored solution, we’re here to help your business build a stronger, more sustainable brand.

If you’re curious about how sustainability can drive real financial success for your business, let’s talk. We’d love to discuss how we can make it happen.

The core of our products is simple: they provide the most sustainable passive infrastructure for mobile networks to support antennas, RRUs, and cables. Our product development leverages extensive experience serving mobile network customers, ensuring all products comply with Eurocodes and industry standards.

Every customer has unique requirements for installing equipment like antennas, RRUs, radiolinks, cables, and cable connection boxes. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we tailor our products to meet these specific needs, which helps save money by eliminating unnecessary customization costs.

For example, Ecopol features a podium structure in the headframe that can be easily modified to match the customer’s standard without requiring major changes. In Germany, we adapt Ecopol podiums to accommodate local antenna tube clamping and additional anchor points for climbers. These customizations are made without extensive redesigns, reducing both time and cost.

When we begin a project with a customer, we assess their needs and create a List of Changes. This ensures we only make the necessary adjustments, optimizing production and reducing the costs associated with over-engineering. This process ensures efficiency and satisfaction for both sides, ultimately saving the customer money.

We train our customers and their stakeholders to efficiently build with our products, ensuring cost-effective installation. Before starting, we assist in finding a local installation team and offer hands-on training using real installation cases, Ecopol school materials, 3D models, and documentation. Our team will also be on-site to support the local staff during the first build. After this initial installation, the local team is fully equipped to handle future builds independently. As the manufacturer, we remain available for ongoing support.

This approach reduces the need for external contractors, minimizing labor costs and travel expenses, while empowering local teams to handle installations independently, leading to long-term savings. We already have trained Ecopol installers in Italy, Germany, Croatia, Hungary, and Finland. They are ready to offer services in other locations, if using of local team is not feasible.

Using the Inspection Service (IS) alone offers a similar benefit in terms of OPEX by providing a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they become major problems. This helps customers avoid costly, unexpected repairs and minimize downtime. While it does not include ongoing maintenance, it still supports cost control by enabling timely interventions, allowing businesses to budget more effectively and extend the lifespan of their assets.

Inspection Service (IS) is namely to inspect our product line or wooden structures. Based on local regulations, typically higher or rooftop site structures must be inspected and maintained in certain pace of time, yearly in most of the cases.  Inspection gives information of need of possible maintaining activities immediately or in the future. Documentation is a chain of inspection reports over the years.

  • overall status
  • foundation
  • safety ladder and safety equipment
  • coating
  • structure connections and joints
  • bolts and screws
  • recommedations for maintenance actions

Inspection is done onsite and/or remotely based on sensors. Sensor based inspection is continuous and gives the most accurate information over the times.

The Inspection and Care Service (ICS) provides a comprehensive solution that reduces the need for separate maintenance and inspection costs. By bundling inspection, maintenance, and care into one service, ICS helps streamline ongoing operational expenses, offering predictable, long-term costs and reducing the risk of unexpected repairs or downtime. This contributes to more efficient budget management and better cost control for the customer.

Structure as a Service is the easiest option for the customer. We provide the structure from our product line and take care of it for the customer.
